Fast Food is what is killing us and we know that it is. We want to fight it! And make that statement that any one can do this!!

We are a married couple that has been together since 1999. Since then we both have induldged in everything fastfood has to offer. Since we have been together I have gained more than one hundered pounds. My wife has gained upwards of fourty pounds making our family name become more of what we are known for. We are embarking on a mission of losing weight not only for ourselves but for our kids. We know how bad it hurts to get made fun of in school and still in our day to day lives. We dont want either of our kids to have to go through that. I have to say it is more than just trying to lose weight were are trying to better our lives all together for the benifit of everyone.
